I don’t think I’ve ever mentioned it before, but I love writing limericks. Often, I’ll just break out into a limerick in the middle of something. When I was working at Barnes & Noble, I once wrote a cafĂ© work report entirely in limericks. Needless to say, while the manager loved it and posted the thing in the break room for all to see, I had to turn in a prose version as well.
At any rate, I composed the following light verse this morning. It just sort of came to me. Perhaps more shall follow.
There once was a lad from Kentucky
Whose right hand was rather unlucky;
His right could write well,
But his write couldn’t spell,
And I faled hymn coz’s gramer, was suckee!!!!!!!!!!!!!
